Martha's Pancake House Cafe didn't open because someone saw a gap in the Racine breakfast market. It opened because Martha decided the city deserved better than stale mixes and microwaved syrup.

Every morning, the batter is whisked fresh. The butter is measured. The griddle is seasoned by hand. What you get at our table isn't convenience food dressed up as a meal — it's the kind of breakfast that reminds you why mornings were worth getting out of bed for in the first place.
